Cozy room, convenient location, just across from the train station made it easy for my travels, and helpful staff allowed me to store my luggage while I explored before my departure.

The location is downhill from the center, which means a hike if walking!!! No one at the desk from 11am to 3pm caused significant inconvenience!!! The room needs refurbishment and has various maintenance issues!!!

The hotel was a hit with the kids! My grandson really enjoyed the digital programming available for entertainment during our stay. The spacious double room accommodated our family perfectly, and the location made it easy to explore Angouleme together.
My wife says that the breakfast options could be expanded.
